Charme GSU’s permanent address is 162 Georgia Avenue, Statesboro, GA 30458, opening in Summer 2025. Our leasing suite is now also located on-site at the building.
Visit us Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. We’re closed on Sundays.
At Charme GSU, we offer 12-month leasing. The 12-month lease begins on August 13th, 2026, and ends on July 25th, 2027 We do not currently offer shorter lease terms.
Move-in day is set for August 13th, 2026. Please contact the leasing office for early move-ins or immediate availability.
Rent is due on the first of every month beginning at move in.
We accept payment via check, money order, or through the online Resident Portal.
You can relet your unit by finding someone to take over the remainder of your lease. Please contact the leasing office to learn more about the relet process.
Yes, you can switch floor plans as long as we have the space available. Your rate is subject to change depending on the floor plan you choose. You will be required to sign an updated addendum to reflect the new floor plan. If you have a guarantor, they will also need to sign that addendum and will be notified of any changes.

Mitigated Risk Property Insurance – Required for all residents. Residents may provide their own third-party insurance or opt-in to Charme GSU’s landlord-provided rental insurance (contact office for additional details).

Utilities – Electricity is sub-metered and billed monthly via Conservice.

Charme GSU’s apartments come fully furnished with a premium furniture package that is built into the rental rate.
